SGEDCO Overview

Al-Seraj General Distributors Co. (SGEDCO) , originally known as GEDCO was established in 1977 in Amman , It's main office is based in Amman-Jordan, Iraq’s regional office is based in Baghdad, and UAE's Office based in Dubai this made it closer to the suppliers, industrial hubs, and the end users at the same time. SGEDCO operates mainly in the Iraqi market, for some of it's principals products it operates in the Jordanian, Syrian, and Lebanon markets.

SGEDCO offers the supply and assembling of Instrumentation and control systems, all types of industrial valves, safety relief valves, piping and fitting, equipments, also we conduct Training courses either locally at the end user facilities or in Amman, and at it's principals training centers mentioned later. We have executed hundreds of contracts and supplied equipment and control systems to the Ministry of oil and the Ministry of Industry, and executed and supplied equipment for the Electricity Generation companies in Iraq .

Our goal is to provide the best and most cost effective integral solutions to the customers, this had been the same sine our establishment 30 years ago.

We view our self as an extension of client’s resources by providing the seamless addition of technical, engineering and regulatory compliance capability and resources.

We provides a full offering of services from the point of process design, the supply of equipment , commissioning, and startup , while providing strong integrated project management services.

Our office in Baghdad has installed, assembled & Commissioned Saab Tank Gauging system in the oil sector.

We are proud to be certified as : Saab Rosemount Tank Gauging best seller for four consecutive years in the Iraqi Oil sector.

Also we had an outstanding sell products record for our principals Tyco Valves & Control, and Yokogawa during the last four years in Iraq.

We are Yokogawa's solution providers for the oil, Petrochemical, and Power Generation Industries.
